Brief: Pickwick Transitional Housing is the first truly integrated transitional housing facility in South Africa that provides accommodation for families drawn from an urban informal settlement. Miradi provides various services including facility management, lease management, social development, maintenance, and administration of the facility. The facility caters for around 65 tenants.
