We undertake financing of projects through capital raising, deal structuring and direct equity investment. We also arrange trade financing through the same channels. Besides financing undertake mergers and acquisitions (MA) and corporate advisory on behalf of our clients.

As urbanization continues at a rapid pace, we design residential areas that take into account the environment, lifestyle trends, transportation, security, schooling, green spaces and various other relevant factors. By conducting rigorous environmental testing and achieving consensus with the various stakeholders, we provide viable and creative solutions, even in challenging contexts. Our designs take into account the unique character and positive qualities of the area to be developed. We also find ways to coordinate the design of buildings, public spaces, neighborhoods, towns, cities and cultures into a desirable urban space.
We plan, execute and control projects to achieve specific goals by deadline and within budget. Combining a high level view with a detailed approach, we identify resources, assign roles and responsibilities to various participants and stakeholders, and monitor and control the process to successfully bring a project to completion. This is a convenient service for clients who have large projects or those who do not have the expertise or time to do so.
Our clients expect their building or facilities to function optimally for many years. This requires a range of integrated services, from site management and operations support to engineering, safety management, building maintenance, supervision of sub-contractors and procurement of service providers. Furthermore, having been involved with the facility since the planning process, we will be able to trouble shoot and solve issues quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. We offer our clients a retainer to this effect.
We initiate projects, setting the objectives, defining the scope of the project, establishing the strategy to complete the project and determining the work breakdown structure. This document details the work plan, budgets and financial controls, as well as identifying the role players and defining their responsibilities.
By dividing projects into smaller and more manageable tasks while retaining an overview of the entire project, we retain control over the project and are able to make meaningful progress.
This stage in a project also provides for an estimation of cost and the time needed to complete a project. We also exercise flexibility in terms of refining initial plans and timeously reverting to a client in the event of significant budgetary changes or a likely time overrun on the original proposal.
As we develop short- and long-term plans for land use in urban and rural areas, it is often necessary to conduct environmental impact assessments. We conduct environmental studies such as botanical, hydrologic, geotechnical, pollution, water quality and transport and traffic studies.
Our focus is to achieve a balance between sustainability and development, as we seek to minimise the environmental impacts of projects on the environment. This would also entail adhering to the environmental laws and regulations of the country.
An exceptional design can only be realized if it is correctly implemented, and the details are executed in line with the plan.
As we are involved in a project from inception, we oversee the construction process to ensure the result is consistent with the creative thinking. This starts with the preparation and submission of the relevant documentation to local authorities.
Our project team oversees the tender process for sub-contractors and awards the building contracts. We then either visit the project site regularly or an on-site manager is assigned for the duration of the project to make decisions during the construction process to ensure design compliance. We have experience in terms of working with construction teams in various countries, as well as the available local building materials.
We have the skills and knowledge to design, oversee and manage the construction of a variety of projects including bridges, buildings, township developments, industrial projects or the upgrading of infrastructure.
We take a practical approach that aims to balance clients’ requirements with environmental resources and restrictions. To achieve best results we may also conduct environmental studies as part of the project.
We help our clients realize their vision for their built environment in terms of both external structures and interior space layout.
Our design response is different for each client, as we take into account the individual factors that influence the solution, such as the purpose of the building or facility, cultural and historical influences, available local building materials and finishes and energy efficiency. Combining the talents of our designers with technology, we produce high-quality plans that allow for flexibility and a great level of detail. Our plans include all the details required for construction, such as floor plans, elevations and sections. Depending on the brief, we can also provide details down to the level of the furniture layout, furnishings, fabric selection and lighting.
